Maintenance
Keeping Your RV Rolling For Years To Come

Resealing Roofs
"Scrape-n-Seal" is a thorough process that involves removing damaged sealant, preparing the area, and applying (a generous layer of) roof sealant to prevent future leaks. (pictured)
Sometimes, if the old sealant is mostly intact, we can simply clean and add new sealant.
De-Scaling
Many full-time RV owners, particularly in Arizona, experience reduced water heater efficiency due to calcium scaling from hard water. This buildup can clog pipes and faucets with calcium flakes, restricting water flow. When water heaters are stored, they also become more susceptible to sulfate-producing bacteria that thrive in the calcium deposits, leading to the unpleasant smell of rotten eggs.
We offer de-scaling services to break down these calcium deposits and clean out water heaters. Additionally, we inform customers about using portable RV water softeners to prevent further buildup.

Winterization
Winterizing is a process that prepares the RV's water system for freezing temperatures while storing the RV, either by using non-toxic antifreeze or pressurized air.
If done properly, antifreeze provides a quick way to ensure a protected water system. Pressurized air avoids chemicals in the water system, but usually takes longer, and doesn't always ensure 100% protection.
We provide both options to our customers depending on their needs and budget.
